1) Types of indemnity conditions - Equal indemnity: at a price equal to the value of what was lost e. g. , the Mosaic Law Ex 21: 23 -25 “If any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. ”

- Lesser indemnity: at a price less than the value of what was lost benefit of Jesus’ resurrection by faith in redemption through the Cross e. g. benefit of being born anew through Jesus and the Holy Spirit by baptism grace of partaking in Jesus’ body and blood by taking a piece of bread and a cup of wine at the sacrament of Holy Communion

- Greater indemnity: at a price greater than the first failure to make a condition of lesser indemnity necessitates a condition of greater indemnity e. g. failure of Abraham’s symbolic offering of Isaac failure of the Israelites’ 40 days of spying in Canaan 40 years in the wilderness

3) Who should make indemnity conditions? It is the responsibility of human beings.

2. The Foundation for the Messiah At the time of the Fall, Adam lost: Foundation of Faith Adam should have kept faith in God, obeying the Commandment through the growing period. Foundation of Substance Adam would have become the perfect incarnation of the Word, i. e. , inheriting divine nature = original nature of creation.
