Summary • • Insulate for life The surface of the mould must planed lower position for the thickness of insulation. The surface of the mould must be clean if the mould is not new. CGL 80 must be mounted with crossing joints and very tightly against each other. Possible loose material out from the surface of insulation before concreting! Mounting of insulation is very easy! No upwards mounting, no dust into eyes, no separate frame or fasteners, no extra adhesive and drying. Many work phases can be ongoing at the same time → great savings in time and costs. Adhesive bonding automatically with the concrete’s own binder gives an even stronger bond than what is possible to achieve with traditional adhesive. You have to be careful when decentering as there is insulation material not concrete behind the mould.
