Teachers will be posting updates at least once a week. Updates can be seen on the Course page, and they can also be seen on your home page.

When you enter a course, on the left side of your page will be a Materials tab. This tab will take you to the materials for that specific course. Each subject area has a designated color for the folder. The top folder will be the current content students are actively working on. Any previous content will be in a gray folder below the current folder.

For all conferences, you will go to Courses and click on the Conference course. From there, you will locate Conferences on the left side of the screen. Once you click on Conferences, you will wait to see Active Conference and then click to join.

• When you click on Conferences from the left side of the page, you have the option to see Active Conferences. Live conferences will be listed under Active Conferences once your teacher has started the conference. You will not see the conference listed before the teacher begins the conference. Once the conference is started by the teacher, you will have the option to join that conference. • When you click on Conferences from the left side of the page, you also have the option to see Completed Conferences. These are conferences that have been previously recorded. It does take several hours for recorded conferences to appear under Completed Conferences. These recorded conferences are only available for seven days.

The calendar feature allows you to see upcoming events and due dates.

Calendars can be color coded. When in the calendar feature, you can click the drop down option next to All Calendars. From here you will click on the box to the right side of the course name. Available color choices will be shown.
