TEMPLATE Ideas Measure INSTRUCTIONS TO USE 1. Plot the ideas down the left hand column of the template. 2. Along the top row write the criteria which the ideas will be measured on, for example ‘meets consumer needs’. 3. Ask participants to work on each idea in turn, horizontally, using a tick, dash, line or question mark, before moving on to the next idea. 4. Once all the ideas are complete, the team have created a visual map of the strengths of each idea and where each idea needs to be improved on. 5. You can then send away different teams each to work on improving the weaknesses of each idea.
