Background/History • • • Dec. 2004 - City Council approved Palm Coast Park DRI (4, 677 Ac. ) April 2007 – NW portion of DRI rezoned as Sawmill PUD July 2007 – Amended and Restated Palm Coast Park DRI Oct. 2008 – Another substantial portion of DRI rezoned to MPD Oct. 2011 – Second Amended and Restated Palm Coast Park DRI Oct. 2011 – 4, 585 Acres Rezoned to Palm Coast Park MPD (92 acres are zoned PSP (City owned) or PRS (FL Agric. Museum)
