Introduction and Background Ø Ngāti Maru - one of 13 iwi/hapū with historical Treaty claims in Tāmaki Makaurau and member of Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Ø The Tāmaki collective redress will be available to Ngāti Maru if the collective deed and PSGEs are supported Ø Before Treaty settlement redress can be transferred to Ngāti Maru, a Crown approved legal structure must be in place Page 6
