Please review our new standard and update your process to include this new QR label. The new (QR) label information applies to Master Cartons. Please keep the total weight of boxes below 40 pounds per box. Standard Box Label • As of 1/1/2018 Watts will require suppliers to label all • boxes shipped to Watts facilities in a fashion similar to the one displayed on the right Important: This label applies to Master Carton Boxes part numbers only. • Order of information must be the same from top to bottom; Alignment can vary as long as order is maintained (See page 4) for the required order of fields. • Terminology must match exactly as shown. • Important: When inputting the PO# the PO or SS prefix must be retained as part of the PO as shown. Field Definitions WATTS PART #: The part # that is used to order Watts parts. MFG Date: The date the product was manufactured. QTY: (XXX) PIECES Quantity of product being shipped (per master carton. ) REV LEVEL: Revision of the part on Watts Purchase Order. Box#: (X) of (XX) BOXES The count for the number of boxes being shipped. Material Type: The type of material being shipped. Dominant material shall apply. Country of Origin: Where manufactured parts are coming from. Supplier ID: The unique numbers that identify you as a Watts supplier. DESC: The parts description of the item being shipped. PO: Purchase Order number for the part being shipped. Weight: Total Weight of the shipped product (per individual box). Lot#: Product lot # that the parts were manufactured from for traceability.
