PACE Structure • FCLB Board of Directors – Has overall responsibility – Works to resolve appeals – Makes final decisions about policies and criteria

PACE Structure • PACE Committee – 6 members • • • 2 - Regulatory boards 1 - FCLB Director 1 - Licensing board administrator 1 - At-large member Chair of PACE Review Team – Oversees PACE Review Team – Makes recommendations to FCLB Board

PACE Structure • PACE Review Team – approx 18 – Subject experts from ACC colleges – Review Team members randomly selected to assess CE provider applications and determine ability to comply with PACE Policies & Procedures and Criteria – Retrospective review of course content for compliance

Authority – PACE is a multi-layer program, relying on representatives of regulatory boards, ACC colleges, and licensing board administrators – PACE WILL NOT and CANNOT be the only approval process available

Fees • • Application fee: $500 Not-for-profit annual recognition fee: $1, 000 For-profit annual recognition fee: $10, 000 Attendee records fee: $1 per credit hour, per attendee—maximum $10 per attendee • Reconsideration fee: $500 • Appeal: $1, 500 initial deposit (fee determined by costs)
