PPRV Molecular Study in WA • David Shamaki: 1998. More than 200 samples were collected from different areas in Nigeria: lineage II • Woma (2013): A total of 140 clinical samples from 16 sheep and 63 goats with symptoms suggestive of PPR were collected from different states of Nigeria during a four-year period (2010 -2013): lineage II and lineage IV • Salami (2010 -2014). More than 100 samples from Outbreaks attended in Senegal: lineage II • K. Tounkara (2014 -2017). 48/512 positifs collected in Mali: Lineage I, II and IV.
