Centralized Access Point (CAP) Access for families that fits their needs Help Me Grow Call Center staff offer information about developmental milestones, free developmental screening and connect families to appropriate services and resources, based on screening results or parent request. Call center staff follows-up with family at 30, 60, or 90 days based on screening results and need. 916 -822 -8744 Help Me Grow Website allows families to access information as well as complete the ASQ Online. Centralized Access Point (CAP) Access for families that fits their needs Help Me Grow Family Advocates conduct in-person developmental screenings and provide connection to comprehensive services for families and children birth through age 5. Family Advocates work with families who need more hands on support, conducting home visits and creating Family Action plans individualized to the families need.
