Safety Improvement Plan - Overview Why do it? ► A safety improvement plan helps formalize planned improvement efforts into an on-going safety improvement cycle to address and monitor progress in key focus areas ► As with other critical performing areas, improving safety performance requires a planned, disciplined and managed approach.
