The application fee waiver criteria has also changed. ü CSU does not take the College Board or ACT Fee Waivers paper. ü Be prepared with documents listed on Cal State Apply Postcard so that application process will go smoother. ü If a student qualifies for an application fee waiver, they can apply it to up to 4 campuses only. Fee Waivers are in the order a student selects campuses. ü After you have submitted an application, a student should receive a confirmation email immediately.
