Success of the Adoption Contract Since the beginning of the adoption contract on July 1, 2010, 438 adoptions have been finalized by private agencies in West Virginia. Alliance Agencies Statewide Footprint • The Alliance Agencies are either headquartered in, or have offices in twenty-one of the fifty-five counties in West Virginia, or, approximately 38%. • Headquarters/Locations: Cabell, Greenbrier, Harrison, Kanawha, Mineral, Ohio and Randolph counties. • Other Locations: Berkeley, Cabell, Greenbrier, Hampshire, Hardy, Kanawha, Logan, Marion, Marshall, Mc. Children’s Home Society of West Virginia currently employs 385 individual, with a yearly compensation of $9, 590, 597. 13 in salaries and benefits. Davis-Stuart currently employs 116 individuals, with a yearly compensation of $3, 760, 053 in salaries and benefits.
