Our school is the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The school is located in the Seehofstraße 45/ Länderweg, 60594 Frankfurt am Main.

Our new school Our old school building was demolished in 2007, so we have moved in containers last summer. There we will be taught for 2 Years. n In 2009 we will move in our new school building: Look right! n

The history n The history goes back to the year 1909, when our school was still called “Kaiser Wilhelms. Gymnasium“. After the second World War (1945) the school was renamed in “Freiherrvom-Stein school“.

Facts n You can visit the Freiherr-vom-Stein- Gymnasium from the 5 th grade. n The 5 th grade is supported by experienced teachers and mentors, who help the students to get accustomed to the new schoolsystem.

Lessons n The lessons start at 8 am in the morning and end with the sixth lesson at 1. 15 pm. n Some classes have afternoon lessons. n After the sixth lesson, there is a 30 -minute break. n After the break the afternoon lessons take place.

This is our library. Here we can hang out and work with other students.

This is the teacher‘s room. Here they can take a rest from us, the “annoying“ students.

This is our principal Mr. Albert. n At the moment, there are 900 students at our school, which are taught by 83 teachers. n But unfortunately, Mr. Albert will leave the school in February.
