Energy giving food • Energy giving food gives us energy and strength. Cereals, rice, sugar and sweets and butter and potatoes give us energy and strength.

• Non-vegetarians: People who also eat eggs, meat and fish etc. are called non-vegetarians.
• We should wash the fruits well before eating them. • We should wash the vegetables before eating raw. • We should wash our hands before taking food. • We must chew our food well. • We must keep our food covered.
