OXE Voice Guide management enhancement • From CCS platform, the ability to modify the audio content of OXE Voice Guides used in CCD distribution. • CCS multi-site can manage the audio content of Voice Guides for all OXEs. Available only from OXE R 11. 1 MD 1 • Right to use this new capability for supervisors is managed by administrators. Important Note: Voice Guides creation is not done from CCS platform. OXE dynamic Voice Guides content change Audio wav file To change the audio content of the Voice Guides, the supervisors should perform the following tasks: 1. Import audio wav file to CCS platform 2. Convert the wav file into OXE format (internal CCS conversion tool) 3. Export the converted audio file into a selected OXE 4.
