Financial benefits will be obligated for one academic year but payment of financial benefits will depend upon the compliance of HEIs on documentary requirements Payment must be made per semester, hence, in the case of 2 nd semester starts on January the following year or with trimester payment can be claimed the following year

CHEDROs will evaluate thoroughly the merits of the application and not to take advantage of the said provision. e. g. number of siblings, medical reasons, job displacement, etc…
