1. Academic planning academic planning should be based on rules and regulations fixed by the higher bodies of education � The principal should ensure the co operation of members for drafting academic planning �
2. Resource mobilization � it is the process of raising the resources � 5 M
3. Planning co- curricular activities � date, time, venue , items , etc with the co operation of teachers
4. Time allocation � prepare a work schedule for conducting a curricular and co curricular activities during a year.
5. Monitoring � principal has to control the activities of members of the organization for maintaining discipline
