ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR(OB) Organizational Behavior (OB) is the systematic study and careful application of knowledge about how peopleas individuals and groups act within organizations. Five Level of Analysis Organizational Behavior provides a useful set of tools at many level of analysis. 1. It helps manager look at the behavior of individuals within an organization 2. It also aids there understanding of the complexities involved interpersonal relations 3.
