Oregon Project Independence Pilot Project Quality Assurance Process
Philosophy of Quality Assurance In an effort to meet desired outcomes the Quality Assurance Team will: Identify Strengths Identify Best Practices Identify Areas of Improvement Celebrate Provide Success Training and Support
Process Every Office/Agency is reviewed monthly. Cases are randomly selected. A minimum of 2 Cases or 15% of the case load will be reviewed. The review will be done electronically.
Process Staff will fax/scan required documents/paperwork to the reviewer. Reviewers will provide written feedback to the Case Manager and copy the direct supervisor. Reviewers will visit each office/Agency 2 – 3 times during the pilot time frame to answer questions and check in.
Process Reviewers will conduct face to face reviews with a sample of OPI recipients using the evaluation tool. Reviewers will meet with staff 2 – 3 times during the pilot time frame to provide ongoing training as needed. Review Data will be captured and available to offices throughout the pilot time frame.
Oregon Project Independence Pilot Project QA Review Tool
The Review Tool The OPI Pilot Review Tool is similar in layout and content to the SUA OPI Assessment Tool 2014 used for the annual audit. The Pilot Review tool will be used by QA staff to communicate OPI Pilot case review results to the local AAA offices.
