Do not distribute. orcas FIRST ACCESS PERSONAL ACCESS FIRST LOGIN When you receive your activation email, click on the link received and activate your account by choosing a password OR RESET PASSWORD If you already have orcas access but lost your password, you can always reset the password by clicking on “I forgot my password” on the orcas login page

Do not distribute. orcas FUNCTIONALITIES TEAM MEMBER ACCESS 1 Click on your company initials and select “Invite team member(s). ” 2 In the pop up window that appears, enter the name of the team member(s) you wish to invite. PLEAS E NOTE If the team member(s) you want to invite does not appear in the drop-down menu of this pop up window, please contact your Partner Manager.

MARKETPLACE 1 Enter your load preferences and vehicle type. WHAT IS ORCAS Sort search results by relevance, newest, and oldest. Selecting one of these sort options will automatically refresh the list. View transports by “all” or “new” and get an overview of the offers you placed. 2 Click “ACCEPT NOW” to immediately book the load based on sennder's pricing algorithm and get the price as listed OR Click “MAKE AN OFFER” to place a bid on the load.

Do not distribute. orcas WHAT IS ORCAS ASSIGNMENTS Check your open assignments orcas’ Assignments stores all of your transports which were booked through the Marketplace or brokered by your Partner Manager. Open assignments must be accepted or rejected within a certain time range that your Partner Manager determines, either six or twelve hours 1 2 Assigned loads always have fixed loading and unloading times Review the pick up, drop off, and price information, and either accept or reject the offer If you accept an order in Assignments, it will automatically be added to your Planner and Orders pages.

Do not distribute. orcas WHAT IS ORCAS PLANNER orcas’ Planner gives you a comprehensive overview of all of your week’s transports. sennder orders booked through the Marketplace are added automatically! Switch between Driver and Truck view Click the dropdown menu to see the 1 day, 3 day, and 7 day itinerary Easily identify which trucks or drivers remain unassigned to your transports Hover shorter transits in the schedule to see more order information 1 Hover an empty slot in your itinerary and manually enter a non-sennder order by clicking “new order” OR Find a new order via the orcas’ Marketplace by clicking “Find order. ”

Do not distribute. orcas WHAT IS ORCAS FLEET Easily see which fleet information is missing, and get redirected to quickly add the information. orcas’ Fleet helps you manage your fleet and track the status of your vehicle and driver assignments. Easily assign default trailers and drivers to your trucks. 1 Quickly add trucks, trailers, and drivers information to your fleet 2 In the pop up window that appears, add truck, trailer, and driver details and upload relevant documents.

Assign or edit truck, trailer and driver from order list Click ADD ORDER to add your non-sennder orders 1 Filter orders on status and field filters for more granular lists. sennder orders are added automatically to your Orders and marked with a sennder icon 2 Upload relevant documents, including your PODs. The payment term starts from the moment the finance receives your validated freight document.
