Who We Are The Pathway in Technology/Early College High School at Willowridge is innovative in blending high school and college course work and providing students the opportunity to earn up to 60 college credit hours towards a Bachelor’s Degree or an Applied Associate’s Degree. - “Early College High School. ” Texas Education Agency 3

Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming The Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science is intended primarily for students planning or transferring to college or university to receive a baccalaureate degree in the following areas: computer science, engineering, health and natural sciences, or mathematics. Applied Science Associate Degrees and certificates help students develop the knowledge, communication and creative skills, critical thinking, and technical competencies required in the modern workplace. Recommended for majors in: – Sciences (ex: biology, chemistry) – Health Science (ex: nurse, physical therapist) – Computing (ex: computer science, computer programming) – Engineering (ex: petroleum, mechanical and electrical engineering) – Math (ex: Financial Planner, Statistician, Operations Research Analyst)

Industrial Certifications Offered Computer Programming Mobile Applications Developer Computer Programming Web Applications Developer The Mobile Applications Developer Certificate is designed to provide students the skills and knowledge required to design, develop, and deploy applications for one of the mobile devices platforms (IOS, Android, or Windows Mobile) using current development tools and frameworks. The Web Applications Developer Certificate is designed to provide students the skills and knowledge required to use current web development tools and languages to develop websites with the functionalities and performance to meet requirements specifications. 5
