People in the Lead People Led They ensure the people they work with are meaningfully involved in the development, design and delivery of the project. We believe people should be in the lead when improving their lives and communities. Strengths based They support people and communities to build on the knowledge, skills and experience they already have to make the changes they want. Our approach focuses on the skills and energy people can draw upon and the potential in their ideas. Positive Approach We are more concerned with what matters to communities, not what’s the matter with them 6 People in the Lead Principles
