Scenario Considered for Emergency Declaration : Scenario: There was LPG gas leakage from cylinder while unloading from the vehicle, during that time two persons were involved in the unloading activity, after witnessing the gas leakage they tried to escape from the area. While running one person got leg injury due to fall. Hence forced to declare the emergency.
