Communication • On some websites you can communicate to other people that use the website. Examples of these are Facetime and imessage. Benefits for these services are that it is easy to communicate with other people. Another benefit is that it is very cheap.

Examples of these are the met office, the AA and sky news. The benefits of these are that you can find out what is happening at a specific time.
