The online world then took on a more recognizable form in 1990, when computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web. • By 1994 the first complete online curriculum is introduced by Cal. Campus. • 2001 Moodle. com begins running moodle • 2014 98% of public colleges and universities offer online programs.
