In 4 K, we dedicate Friday afternoons to our mental health and wellbeing. We look after our spaces - e. g. we tidy up around us. You could dedicate some time to freshening up your space if it needs it. Open your windows, Febreeze those curtains! We keep an eye on what’s going on in the world, but if lots of news right now isn’t helping you, try Good News pages - (I like The Happy Newspaper and Good News Insta pages). In place of the STAR’s and a Celebration Assembly try and celebrate things you’ve enjoyed this week. We will still try and celebrate things that you share with us.
