Some people try to tell you rabbi means teacher, it does not. In Hebrew, moreh is a male teacher, morah is a female teacher. Scripture says: Matt. 23 [8] But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ / Messiah; and all ye are brethren. [10] Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ / Messiah.

Jesus / Yeshua never said call no man teacher. John 20 [16] Jesus / Yeshua said unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and said unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. John 1 [38] Then Jesus / Yeshua turned, and saw them following, and said unto them, What seek you? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master, ) where do you dwell?

The word “Christian” appears three time in scripture Acts. 11[26] And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. Acts. 26[28] Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian. 1 Pet. 4[16] Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

Think of this… There were no Protestants before 1500 AD nor Catholics at the time of Messiah Yeshua / Jesus. So what is the true meaning of the word “Christian”?

Let's define some words: Christ and Christian Greek- Christos - Christ - Messiah - משיח = Anointed One The English word “Christian” below really means Messiah followers, and has nothing to do with Protestants or Catholics. Messiah followers - משיחיים י משיח

Did you know Yeshua / Jesus and all the Apostles did not have a bible like we have today? Jesus /Yeshua and the apostles read from the Ta. Na. Kh – acronym Torah / Teaching, Nevi'im / Prophets and Ketivim / Writings You know this as the Old Testament. Not correct - The Ta. Na. Kh was written Hebrew.

I have 2 Questions What is the New Covenant Who was the New Covenant given too?

The New Covenant / Testament What is the New Covenant: God’s laws would be written in our hearts sealed with the blood of the Messiah – no longer any animal sacrifices.

The Law The word Law (Torah) is often misunderstood when reading the bible. The law has many parts: commandments, ordinances, judgments, and Levitical priesthood (Sacrifices). You have to read what the meaning of the chapter is to determine which part of the law it is addressing. The Torah – first five books in the bible means teaching, instruction

Law – Levitical sacrifices Rom. 10[ 4] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. τελος telos tel'-os – “end” From a primary word τελλω tello (to set out for a definite point or goal); properly the point aimed at as a limit, the result. . Christ / Messiah is our GOAL Levitical Priesthood was the schoolmaster

Gal 3: 24 -25 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ / Messiah, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith /Messiah is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Other “Ends” (Goals) 1 Peter 1: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. 1 Tim 1: 5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

Who was the new covenant given to? What is it? Jer. 31[ 31] Behold, the days come, says Yehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: (33) But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel ;

Who was the new covenant given to? Apostle Paul quotes Jer. 31: 31 Heb. 8[ 8] For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

A reasonable question: If the New Covenant was given to the house of Israel, how do I partake of the New Covenant?

Always One God for All! Exod. 12: 49 One law shall be to him that is home born, and unto the stranger that sojourns among you Lev. 19: 34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am Yehovah your God.

Num. 15[ 16] One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you. [29] You shall have one law for him that sins through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourns among them.

Jas. 4[ 12] There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: . .

In Messiah, there is only ONE body. Jews and Gentiles all KEEP the same Commandments and Feasts of God and all – We don’t pray for Israel, We are the Israel of God We are all ONE in Messiah.

All of us need to understand: Eph. 2: [19] Now therefore ye (Gentiles) are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; [20] And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus the Christ himself being the chief corner stone; [21] In whom all the building fitly framed together grows unto an holy temple in the Lord: [22] In whom you also are built together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

We are all “One” in Messiah Eph. 3: 6 That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Messiah / And put no difference between us Jews and them Gentiles, purifying their hearts by faith. the gospel. . . Acts. 15[9] And put no difference between us Jews and them Gentiles, purifying their hearts by faith. Rom. 3[22] Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Yeshua the Messiah unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: Rom. 10[12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. [13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved

Who is the Vine? 1. Israel? NO! Yeshua/Jesus said he was the vine! John 15: 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.

You are grafted in! According to Romans 11 you must be grafted among the natural branches (Israel) and into the vine which is Messiah Rom. 11: 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were graffed in among them, and with them a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

Praise Yah! Can you now see from scripture that all are to be ONE in Messiah/Christ and all under the same Covenant / Testament? Gal 3: 28: There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Messiah Yeshua.

Question Now that you have joined in the Covenant, what are these Laws of God that are supposed to be written on our hearts? Most Christians that I have asked do not even know where the 10 Commandments are written in the bible. Do You Know?

The Ten Commandments are located in: Exodus Chapter 20 and Deuteronomy Chapter 5 Let’s read them:

The Ten Commandments Commandment 1 Thou / You shall have no other gods before Me.

Commandment 2 You shall not make unto yourself any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

Commandment 2 You shall not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I Yehovah thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Commandment 2 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Commandment 3 You shall not take the name of Yehovah thy God in vain; for Yehovah will not hold him guiltless that takes his name in vain.

Commandment 4 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shall you labor, and do all your work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yehovah thy God: in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates:

Commandment 4 For in six days Yehovah made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yehovah blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Commandment 5 Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which Yehovah thy God gives thee.

Commandment 6 Thou shalt not kill. (Murder)

Commandment 7 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Commandment 8 You shall not steal.

Commandment 9 You shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

Commandment 10 You shall not covet your neighbor's house, You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is your neighbor's.

Corinthians 6: 9 Know you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?

Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. Also see Gal 5: 19 -21

The Law: Matt 22: 35 -40 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Yeshua said unto him, You shall love the Lord thy God with all your heart, and with all youry soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. Deut 6: 5 From the Law / Torah This pertains to all commandments Example here are the 10: The First Commandment above takes in the first four commandments and explains how you should you LOVE GOD.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Lev 19: 18 From the Law The Second commandment above takes in the other six commandments and explains how you should LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR.

Here is a important question What is Sin?

What is Sin? Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 1 John, chapter 3: 4

What is Sin? Going around the commandments: Romans 7: 8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. 11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

God’s Feasts Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of Yehovah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are My feasts. Lev 23: 2

Spring Holy days and Feasts The Spring Holy Days of the Lord were fulfilled by the Messiah's first coming! They were a shadow or rehearsal for the 1 st coming of the Messiah / The Christ

Passover - Pesach Nisan 14 - Yeshua died on Thursday at 3: 00 pm Matt: 27: 45 - 1 st. Day Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats: [6] And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

Passover - Pesach On Nisan 14 at the exact time the lamb was to be slain, Jesus was slain. On Nisan 10 they picked the Lamb. Jesus also had a four-day examination period before the religious leaders and was found without blemish.

Feast of Unleavened Bread Hag Ha. Matzah Nisan 15 - a Sabbath - 1 st. night- 2 nd day (Fri. ) Leaven symbolizes sin. Unleavened Bread speaks of sanctification. God told the Jews to cleanse all leaven from their homes and eat only unleavened bread, matzah, for seven days, symbolizing a holy walk with Him.

Feast of Unleavened Bread Jesus is the "Bread of Life" without sin. Born in Bethlehem. In Hebrew, Bethlehem means house of bread. Just as matzah is unleavened, ( sign of no sin ) so was the Messiah sinless. This Feast started the evening Jesus was buried. Nisan 16 - a Sabbath - 2 nd. night - 3 nd. day (Sat. )

Day of Firstfruits Bikkurim Nisan 17 - 3 rd. night, ye shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest unto the priest: [11] And he shall wave the sheaf before Yehovah, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.

Day of Firstfruits Nisan 17 then as the sun did rise - Mark 16: 2 Early the first day of the week, Sunday -Yeshua rose from the Dead which is 3 days and 3 nights later

Fifty day later is the Feast of Weeks / Shavuot Pentecost where the Holy Spirit empowered the believers.

Do you know about the fall Holy Days of Yehovah? 1 - Memorial of blowing of trumpets 2 - Day of Atonement 3 - Feast of Tabernacles are "shadows" of the second coming of Messiah Yeshua / Jesus?

Memorial of the Blowing of Trumpets a memorial of what? Exodus 19: 16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning , that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

[19] And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by a voice. [20] And Yehovah came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and Yehovah called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.

Memorial of Blowing of Trumpets This is, we believe, a shadow or rehearsal of the warning that the end of this world is near.

Day of Atonement Lev. 25 [9] Then shall you cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall you make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

Day of Atonement Lev 23: 29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.

the Day of Atonement a shadow of the 2 nd coming. Could this be the Day of Yehovah? Yeshua’s return?

Feast of Tabernacles Lev 23: 34 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto Yehovah. [35] On the first day shall be an holy convocation: you shall do no servile work therein.

Feast of Tabernacles [36] Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah : on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and you shall offer an offering made by fire unto Yehovah : it is a solemn assembly; and you shall do no servile work therein.

Feast of Tabernacles Lev 23: [40] And you shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before Yehovah your God seven days. [41] And you shall keep it a feast unto Yehovah seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

Feast of Tabernacles [42] You shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: [43] That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am Yehovah your God. [44] And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of Yehovah.

Feast of Tabernacles a Shadow of the 2 nd Coming of Messiah The word of God was with the people of Israel in the Wilderness Jesus was among them when He lived on the earth as He is with us today!

New Jerusalem We will be with Him again in New Jerusalem / Heaven

God with us! Revelations 21: [1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. [2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

God With Us! [3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. [4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
