Remember: I am talking about Jews in the Bible, not Jews in Judaism was created about 200 to 400 AD by rabbis. There are “NO” rabbis in the Bible except Yeshua, Jesus your master.

Some people try to tell you rabbi means teacher, it does not. In Hebrew, moreh is a male teacher, morah is a female teacher. Bible say: Matt. 23 [8] But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. [10] Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

Jesus never said call no man teacher. John 20 [16] Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. John 1 [38] Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master, ) where dwellest thou?

The word “Christian” appears three time in scripture Acts. 11[26] And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. Acts. 26[28] Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian. 1 Pet. 4[16] Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

Think of this… There were no Protestants before 1500 AD nor Catholics at the time of Messiah Yeshua / Jesus. So what is the true meaning of the word “Christian”?

Let's define some words: Christ and christian Greek- Christos - Christ - Messiah - משיח = Anointed One The English word “Christian” below really means Messiah followers, not meaning Protestants or Catholics. Messiah followers - משיח י משיחיים

Did you know Jesus and all the Apostles did not have a bible like we have today? Jesus and the apostles read from the Ta. Na. Kh - acronym - ( Torah / Teaching, Nevi'im / Prophets and Ketivim / Writings). You know this as the Old Testament. The Ta. Na. Kh was written Hebrew.

The New Covenant What is the New Covenant: God’s laws would be written in our hearts sealed with the blood of the Messiah – no longer of animal sacrifices.

The Law The word Law (Torah) is often misunderstood when reading the bible. The law has many parts: commandments, ordinances, judgements, and Levitical priesthood (Sacrifices). You must read what the meaning of the chapter is to determine what is being discussed. Torah – first five books in the bible means teaching, instruction

Law – Levitical sacrifices Rom. 10[ 4] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. G 5056 τελος telos tel'-os From a primary word τελλω tello (to set out for a definite point or goal); properly the point aimed at as a limit, the result. . Christ / Messiah is our GOAL Levitical Priesthood was the schoolmaster

Gal 3: 24 -25 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Other “Ends” (Goals) 1 Peter 1: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. 1 Tim 1: 5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

Who was the new covenant given to? Jer. 31[ 31] Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: (33) But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel ;

Who was the new covenant given to? Apostle Paul quotes Jer. 31: 31 Heb. 8[ 8] For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

A reasonable question: If the New Covenant was given to the house of Israel, how do I partake of the New Covenant?

Always One God for All! Exod. 12: 49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you Lev. 19: 34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Num. 15[ 16] One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourneth with you. [29] Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

Jas. 4[ 12] There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: . .

In Messiah, there is only ONE body. Jews and Gentiles all KEEP the same Commandments and Feasts of God. We are all ONE in Messiah.

All of us need to understand: Eph. 2: [19] Now therefore ye (Gentiles) are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; [20] And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; [21] In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: [22] In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

We are all “One” in Messiah Eph. 3: 6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by] And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. the gospel. . . Acts. 15[9] And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Rom. 3[22] Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: Rom. 10[12] For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. [13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved

Who is the Vine? 1. Israel? NO! Yeshua/Jesus said he was the vine! John 15: 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

You are grafted in! According to Romans 11 you must be grafted among the natural branches (Israel) and into the vine which is Messiah Rom. 11: 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

Summary Can you now see from scripture that all are to be ONE in Messiah/Christ and all under the same New Covenant? Gal 3: 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. (Messiah Yeshua)

Question Now that you have joined in the Covenant, what are these Laws of God that are supposed to be written on our hearts? Most Christians that I have asked do not know where the 10 Commandments are written in the bible. DO YOU?

The Ten Commandments are located in Exodus Chapter 20 and Deuteronomy Chapter 5

The Ten Commandments 1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Commandment 2 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

Commandment 2 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Commandment 2 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Commandment 3 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Commandment 4 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

Commandment 4 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Commandment 5 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Commandment 6 Thou shalt not kill. (Murder)

Commandment 7 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

Commandment 8 Thou shalt not steal.

Commandment 9 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Commandment 10 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

Corinthians 6: 9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. Also see Gal 5: 19 -21

Matt 22: 35 -40 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. Deut 6: 5 From the Law The First Commandment above takes in the first four commandments and explains how you should you LOVE GOD.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Lev 19: 18 From the Law The Second commandment above takes in the other six commandments and explains how you should LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR.

Important Question What is Sin?

What is Sin? Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 1 John, chapter 3: 4

What is Sin? Going around the commandments: Romans 7: 8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. 11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

God’s day starts in the evening. Lev. 23[32]… from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath. God’s day goes from Sunset to Sunset

God’s Year God's New Year starts in the Spring ( March / April ) Esth. 3 [ 7] In the first month, that is, the month Nisan הוא חדש ניסן , בחדש הראשון Exod. 12[ 2] This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

God’s Calendar has 12 months. They are the Following:

First Month of God – Abib/Nisan Exod. 13[ 4] This day came ye out in the month Abib. , בחדש , אתם יצאים , היום האביב Esth. 3 [7] In the first month, that is, the month Nisan , March/April

2 nd month of God - Zif 1 Kgs. 6[1] in the month Zif, which is the second month, הוא ה , ב חדש זו חדש השני that he began to build the house of the LORD. April/May

3 rd Month of God - Sivan Esth. 8 [9] Then were the king's scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the month Sivan May/June

4 th Month of God Tammuz ? No! Judaism names it after a pagan god Ezek. 8[ 14] Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz - ( pagan deity ) מבכות את ה תמוז - a Sumerian deity of food or vegetation, a Phoenician deity June/July

8 th Month of God - Bul 1 Kgs. 6 [38] And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month , Oct/Nov

10 th Month of God - Tebeth Esth. 2 [16] So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth , in the seventh year of his reign. Dec/Jan

11 th Month of God - Sebat Zech. 1 [7] Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat Jan/Feb

12 th Month of God Esth. 3 [7] they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar. Feb/Mar

Feasts of the Lord Date / Purpose / Significance to the believer in Messiah Yeshua

God’s Feasts Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts. Lev 23: 2

Spring Holy days and Feasts The Spring Holy Days of the Lord were fulfilled by the Messiah's first coming! They were a shadow or rehearsal for the 1 st coming of the Messiah / The Christ

Passover - Pesach Nisan 14 - Yeshua died on Thursday at 3: 00 pm Matt: 27: 45 - 1 st. Day Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats: [6] And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

Passover - Pesach On Nisan 14 at the exact time the lamb was to be slain, Jesus was slain. On Nisan 10 they picked the Lamb. Jesus also had a four-day examination period before the religious leaders and was found without blemish.

Feast of Unleavened Bread Hag Ha. Matzah Nisan 15 - a Sabbath - 1 st. night- 2 nd day (Fri. ) Leaven symbolizes sin. Unleavened Bread speaks of sanctification. God told the Jews to cleanse all leaven from their homes and eat only unleavened bread, matzah, for seven days, symbolizing a holy walk with Him.

Feast of Unleavened Bread Jesus is the "Bread of Life" without sin. Born in Bethlehem. In Hebrew, Bethlehem means house of bread. Just as matzah is unleavened, ( sign of no sin ) so was the Messiah sinless. This Feast started the evening Jesus was buried. Nisan 16 - a Sabbath - 2 nd. night - 3 nd. day (Sat. )

Day of Firstfruits Bikkurim Nisan 17 - 3 rd. night, ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest: [11] And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

Day of Firstfruits Nisan 17 then as the sun did rise Mark 16: 2 Early the first day of the week, Sunday -Yeshua rose from the Dead which is 3 days and 3 nights later

Fifty day later is the Feast of Weeks / Shavuot. Pentecost where the Holy Spirit empowered the believers.

Do you know that the fall Holy Days of the Lord: 1 - Memorial of blowing of trumpets 2 - Day of Atonement 3 - Feast of Tabernacles are "shadows" of the second coming of Messiah Yeshua / Jesus?

Memorial of the Blowing of Trumpets a memorial of what? Exodus 19: 16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning , that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

[19] And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. [20] And the LORD came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the LORD called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.

Memorial of Blowing of Trumpets This is, we believe, a shadow or rehearsal of the warning that the end of the world is near.

Day of Atonement Lev. 25 [9] Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

Day of Atonement Lev 23: 29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.

How is the Day of Atonement a shadow of the 2 nd coming. Could this be the Day of the Lord?

Feast of Tabernacles Lev 23: 34 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD. [35] On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

Feast of Tabernacles [36] Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.

Feast of Tabernacles Lev 23: [40] And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days. [41] And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

Feast of Tabernacles [42] Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: [43] That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God. [44] And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.

Feast of Tabernacles How is this a Shadow of the 2 nd Coming of Messiah? The word of God was with the people of Israel in the Wilderness Jesus lived among us when he lived on the earth

New Jerusalem We will be with him again in New Jerusalem Heaven anyone? Amen

God with us! Revelations 21: [1] And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. [2] And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

God With Us! [3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. [4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
