Meet & Greet Guidelines Meet and Greet meetings with key partners and colleagues are critical to learning the business and building long-lasting relationships. Meet and Greets help you learn your job, your business unit, and the culture of Disney Consumer Products (DCP) and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC). Colleagues and partners within and outside your department can be instrumental in your successful on-boarding. As soon as you set up your Outlook account, schedule 30 -minute “Meet and Greet” meetings with the following individuals. You should try to do 1 -3 meetings /day. I have roughly prioritized them in the order you should schedule them. They are expecting to meet with you. In your Outlook invite, please include the discussion topics listed.
