Humorous Speech Contestant ELIGIBILITY üBe a member in good standing of a Club. üRequires no speech level. üMaintains eligibility at all contest levels. ü Complete the Speaker’s Certification of Eligibility and Originality.

Humorous Speech Contestant ELIGIBILITY Competing in more than one Area contest for same contests. Serving as a judge at any level of contest in which s/he is still competing. International officers, District officers, I. P. District officers.

Humorous Speech Contestant ORIGINALITY ü The speech MUST be thematic in nature. (opening, body and closing) ü A speech entirely taken from another source is NOT original. ü Jokes, stories, and anecdotes which are told many times by many people are in the public domain.
