Omnilogic Data Center OMNILOGIC Data Center has been built according to the standards of the Telecommunications Industry Association for the infrastructure of Data Centers (TIA-942), observing as minimum the rules of TIER 3. According to the classification of Uptime Institute Omnilogic Data Center meets all criteria of TIER IV. Combining these standards, OMNILOGIC Data Center is deemed to have the TIER 3+ level, therefore our SLA guarantees all customers a 99, 982% operational availability, but there is a 35 months documented history of 100% continuous availability. Omnilogic Data Center Features Redundant power supply It is provided by two geographically separated branches to the power distribution network and it is secured by 3 diesel generators, 5 UPSs located in a dedicated room and double power supply circuits for each rack. A/C The redundant equipment provides a controlled environment, using the horizontal airflow technology (cold aisle-hot aisle), which is the top technology recommended for Data Centers. The solution was planned and implemented by APC. Automatic fire extinguishing All the data rooms are equipped with smoke and heat detectors and the system extinguishing technology with Inergen (non-toxic) gas is the top recommendation for state-of-the-art Data Centers. Each data room has an independent fire control alarm and reaction appliance. Elevated-floor We use raised floor (60 cm) which sustains 1350 kg/m 2. Anti-seismic protection All equipment is anti-seismically secured on special metal structures. Physical security It is provided by 5 access control levels, using magnetic cards, permanent guards, video surveillance of all spaces, authorization and access procedures. Professional Services attached to the Data Center operations Proactive monitoring 24 x 7 by the Network Operating Center Help. Desk and Ticketing system (i. Support) 24 x 7 OMNILOGIC provides infrastructure management and monitoring, as well as remedy of the incidents 24 x 7, using Help-Desk and Network Operating Center (NOC) procedures. The services provided are either standard or customized according to the customers' needs. Upon request, OMNILOGIC can provide reports regarding operations, loading, availability, security threats, incidents, optimizations or other aspects requested by the Customer. An experienced engineer team, specialized in various technologies, ensures OMNILOGIC Data Center management and permanently monitors the equipment and servers with specific applications. Our greatest concern is the availability and security of our customers' business. The SLA times (response, intervention, remedy) are prompt, the Customer directly contacts the Omnilogic staff authorized to solve the problem and, in case of delays, the managerial escalation reaches the level of CTO and COO.
