Pause: • Data Mapping Part 2 planning, first enhancement user stories for sprint 1. • Developed and presented Crawl-Walk-Run criteria to IT managers and supervisors. • Developed Proof of Concept (POC) to assure that all the new processes work together smoothly. • Agreed to organize incoming work based upon six (6) initial product lines based upon Correctional Technology Association (CTA) 17 functional areas. • Data Mapping (Part 2): • Completed review of Data Mapping Phase 1 work. • Developed milestones for Data Mapping Phase 2. • Identify data from trigger and storage procedures. • Agile and Dev. Ops: • Completed • Offender Management Network Information (OMNI) Build and Release pipeline for Java and. NET applications. • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Coding Standards updates for Java and. NET applications. • Testing for all. NET applications (except BRAD and HRMS) and 3 unit test for each Java Developer. • Testing for OMNI generated from ADO. • Developed branch policies and team coordination for POC. • Working though User Stories / Task logistics in the POC. • Cross-training other team members for ADO administration. • Demand Management: • Presented intake process to Deputy Chief Information Officer, Business Relationship Management, and Business Collaboration Committee (BCC). • Completed additional conversations with BCC Leads regarding success of transformation of Intake process.
Risks Mitigation Agency’s response to COVID • IT Participating in the Emergency Operations (EOC). • IT will evaluate each separate request for impact to determine the appropriate response. Issues Mitigation None at this time
