Geotechnical Investigation Appeal We support Staff’s recommendation: • The City did not error in their CDP decision to approve the environmental report. • Staff reviewed the appeal using the Commission’s five analytical factors and reached a conclusion of no substantial issue. • The project does not result in a substantial issue of LCP conformance. • The appeal does not raise any new substantial issue not already considered by the City.

Proposed Geotechnical Investigation Purpose: 1. To further characterize and evaluate geotechnical hazards at the site as requested by both Daly City and the California Coastal Commission (CCC). 2. To obtain site subsurface data needed for preliminary foundation design, and percolation evaluation in accordance with Daly City Requirements (shallow borings and percolation test pits)
