• • • • (Α recipe based on olive oil) Ladokouloura Ingredients 2 glasses of olive oil 2 glasses of sugar 1 glass of orange juice 1 tsp of soda 2 tsp of baking powder 1 cup of brandy Sesame About 800 gr flour Instructions In a small bowl put the sugar with the olive oil and mix them. Into a small bowl put the orange juice, the bicard, the brandy and the baking powder. Mix them all together and put them into the bowl. Put the flour in and after divide the dough into rolls. Spread an oil paper in the baking pan, if you want. Cast some sesame seeds on the ladokouloura and bake them in fan heater at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
