Hammer Mill • Load the olives into the hammer mill hopper and mill for a nominal 2 mins. • The pomace is received by a transferable canister.
Dual Heated Water Bath Malaxer • Canister is transferred to a heated water bath. • The malaxer is inserted and the pomace is malaxed for a nominal 20 mins.
Centrifuge • Canister is transferred to the centrifuge and spun for a nominal 2 mins.
Extraction • Canister is transferred to a stand oil is drawn from the outlet closure.
