State Strategic Technology Objectives 1. Acquire necessary funding resources through local, federal, state, and other sources for using telecommunications and information technology to improve students academic achievement

Promote the effective integration of technology resources and systems with teacher training and curriculum development to establish researchbased instructional methods that can be widely implemented as best practices by state educational agencies and local educational agencies.

State Strategic Technology Objectives 3. Encourage students to use technology as a communication and information tool to support critical-thinking and problem solving that will provide them with the information necessary to succeed in a technology-rich society
