Officers What: Official roles on the Executive Committee Chair 2 -3 hours/week avg Chairs all General and Executive Committee Meetings; jointly responsible with the Treasurer for the Local Party’s compliance with PPERA; First point of contact for the party and often liaises with other local parties when needed. Secretary Data Officer Membership Development officer Handles the Local Party’s correspondence; Maintains minutes of meetings Handles membership and campaigning data; responsible for compliance with data protection legislation.
