MISSION STATEMENT Office of Security Mission To continually strengthen OCC’s security posture by providing innovative solutions, analysis, and proven countermeasures that reduce risk and vulnerability while simultaneously increasing resilience and continuity. INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM Treasury Order 105 -20 requires the Insider Threat Program to: • “Establish definitional and reporting guidelines to bureaus, offices, and organization to refer relevant insider threat information to the Insider Threat Program. ” • The national policy puts the responsibility for the Insider Threat Program at the Departmental level -- Office of Intelligence & Analysis, Office of Counterintelligence Security is Everyone’s Responsibility! 5

INSIDER THREAT PROGRAM OCC Insider Threat Program: Team Approach • Office of Security, Human Resources/Workforce Relations & Performance Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of the Chief Counsel, Cyber Security (if needed), and any other office that could be involved or assist Office of Security with issues/concerns • Receive reporting from above or any • Manager/Supervisor/COR • Employee • Contractor • Discuss the issues/concerns at hand from all parties perspective Security is Everyone’s Responsibility! 6
