Office Cleaning Introduction to Professional Cleaning Back Pack

Office Cleaning Introduction to Professional Cleaning

Back Pack Vacuum At Stratus, we clean buildings for health. Part of this process is utilizing a 4 filter back-pack vacuum. • The back-pack also increases our speed and versatility as well

Cleaning for Environment We also believe we have a responsibility to clean with environmentally-friendly method, which include: • Green chemicals • Microfiber cleaning cloths

Advantages of Microfiber • Superior Results • Flexibility • Prevents Cross-Contamination Microfiber flat mops • Microfiber flat mopping is a cleaner, more efficient, and better way to clean floors • Microfiber flat mopping greatly reduces the chance of crosscontamination Anti-microbial Cleaning Cloths • Anti-microbial cloths contain a patented agent that is permanently bonded to the ultramicrofibers • This anti-microbial agent helps to eliminate nearly all bacteria and contaminants that are trapped by the ultramicrofibers • This technology greatly reduces cross-contamination risks

Key Control It is vitally important to keep all keys in a secure place • Never should the name and address of the building be written on or attached to the keys • If the keys were ever lost or misplaced, they could get into the wrong hands (then you then have a major security problem on your hands) Always keep building keys attached to your belt when not in use • Don’t leave them in a coat pocket that may be taken off and left unattended in a building • This way you will know where the keys are at all times and will avoid the possibility of locking them inside a building if a door gets shut and locked behind you with your coat inside the building Carry only the keys needed for the building you are cleaning • Keys to other buildings should be locked securely in a key box in your vehicle or in the custodial office

Time Efficiency After cleaning a building a number of times and achieving Stratus cleaning standards, you should be able to reduce your cleaning time considerably • • Once you have established a routine that minimizes effort and time, it is good to stay with the same routine By cleaning a building the same way every time, you accomplish two things: 1. You are less likely to overlook something that needs cleaning, because you are approaching it from the same direction each time; your work procedure becomes automatic, and 2. You save time by not having to slow down and think where you will clean next
