Support for Multiple Deployment Models Improve overall customer experience and internal processes. Tethered Enrollment Tethered Issuance USB Connection s • • • Distributed Enrollment Ethernet or Wi. Fi Connections Distributed Enrollment Distributed Issuance Ethernet or Wi. Fi Connections Distributed enrollment de-couples photo capture and enrollment process from issuance to improve efficiency. Single simple installation at server level vs. local PC simplifies IT support Install and license on server only (license concurrent users; no dongle) Mobility – enroll and issue from anywhere (PC, tablet, phone) Scalability (no drivers) 7 | CBORD 2018 User Group Conference | Presentation

Distributed Enrollment and Issuance in Higher Ed Benefits: • Allows universities to capture and enroll at multiple locations around campus – even if they only deploy one or two printers • Ensures that if one printer goes down – capture and enrollment can still occur and jobs can be rerouted to other printers Why is this important? • Attention span of Gen Z is lower than any other generation. Is standing in a long line a great user experience? 8 | CBORD 2018 User Group Conference | Presentation
