Patient with chronic allergic keratoconjunctivitis leading to conjunctival scarring and bilateral limbal stem cell deficiency. Patient had a history of recurrent epithelial defects and corneal perforation requiring patch grafting. The patient later underwent limbal stem cell transplantation and penetrating keratoplasty.
