F. A. Q • Can my child resit their examination? There is 1 resit opportunity– this can take place in June 2021 or during year 11. This will be decided on an individual student basis. There is only 1 reattempt opportunity. • Who marks the coursework? All coursework is marked by the class teacher and then moderated by the examination board. Coursework can be updated and changed based on teacher feedback.

PASS LEVELS IN THE EXAMINATION Students will get a level 1 or a level 2 outcome in their examination and coursework. Level 2 = GCSE equivalent so this is our aim. These have been organized into each separate Learning Objectives. • Your Son or Daughter has already been provided with a HW question book in Year 10 with past questions in to work through. • Certain pupils have already been given their own revision text books • Encourage them to ask their teacher if they need help • Structure a revision timetable with them
