The SEMP Final, CONOPS, Use Cases, and CI Requirements Define the Design and the Bridge to Validation • • • The SEMP Final defines the scope of the remaining OOI MREFC tasks through complete Commissioning of the OOI - Completed finalizing the OOI Concept of Operations (CONOPS) - Completed Updating the Use Cases - Completed Updating the OOI Vocabulary - Completed Updating the Cyberinfrastructure (CI)Requirements - Completed Update the Configuration Management Plan - Submitted Designing, developing, integrating, and testing the OOI Cyberinfrastructure – Design Progressing - Group 4 delivered and in Integration – Initial capability in place for verification – Plan in review for completion Performing the remaining acquisition of equipment – CI equipment delivered Deploying and/or turning the remaining marine arrays and platforms - Ongoing Conditional Acceptance of the Marine Infrastructure and Cyberinfrastructure gives early assessment and time to update performance. Commissioning of the Marine Infrastructure and Cyberinfrastructure occurs when CI is released 2
