Students wait in lobby until 8: 00 entrance to main building. – Do not bring beverages/food into the building – Vehicles must keep moving forward to drop off • Afternoon – Pick-up is in the main SOUTH END of parking lot – Please park and wait for your child to walk to the vehicle – If you need to pick your child up before the end of the school day (3: 15 PM), you must come in and sign-out your student. – If you call the office when you’re heading over, they can have your student in the office upon your arrival.

T-Dap/MCV 4 Immunizations • ALL 7 th grade students MUST receive their T -Dap/MCV 4 vaccination. • A copy of the shot record can be dropped off at the Oakwood office or faxed to the Oakwood office at 330 -491 -3791. • If questions, please contact the school nurse, Bobbi Jo Kintigh. • Students MUST have a pass from their classroom teacher before reporting to clinic.

Dress Code We follow the student dress code as adopted by our Board of Education. A complete guide of the dress code can be found in the student agenda book 1. Clothing is to be clean, untattered, untorn, and worn appropriately 2. Hair must be clean, groomed and not of a distracting nature. (If hair is dyed it must be of natural color) 3. Mid thigh is the minimum length for dresses, skirts and shorts. 4. Sleeveless undershirts, tank tops, and tube tops are not permitted. 5. Bare Midriff, bare back, tight fitting and other revealing garments are prohibited. Leggings should be covered to the thigh. 6. Clothing can’t have stated or implied reference to drugs, sex, alcohol, or violence. 7. Chains and other potentially dangerous apparel are not permitted.

Lockers • Two students are assigned to each locker at Oakwood Middle School. • Students are not permitted to change locker partners unless approved by the office. • Students must use ONLY their assigned locker • All lockers should be locked each time they are closed by turning the lock handle. • All lockers are Plain Local property and subject to search by the building administration team. • Students should never share combinations in respect of their locker partner. • NO TAPE/DECORATIONS on Freshly Painted lockers!
