ho me Fruits & Vegetables • Fruits and vegetable provide a wide variety of nutrients and minerals for humans. • They lowers the risk of developing chronic diseases as well as helping maintain a healthy weight. • Additionally, they add fiber to your diet keeping you full longer and aiding your digestion. • Fruits and vegetables are also low in calories and are a quick an easy snack.

ho me Exercise & Physical Activity • Exercise is very important when it comes to having a healthy lifestyle. • Experts recommend at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week. • Furthermore, it is suggested to do strength training at least two times a week. • Use walks to the park, sports and other hobbies to workout.
ho me Avoid Fast-Food • When transforming your life into a healthier one, one of the most important habits you have to adopt is to avoid going to fast food restaurants. • It is easier and fast but the food is filled with saturated fats and empty carbohydrates. • A single meal at a fast food restaurant can equal the recommended caloric intake in a day.

ho me In a research conducted by , we found out that the state that consumes the most vegetables is California, Oregon, and New Hampshire. On the other hand, the states that consume the least amount of vegetable include: Louisiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. In conclusion, the west coast has better nutrition habits than the rest of the United States
ho me Exercise & Physical Activity As previously mentioned, with the rise of technology more and more people became hooked on television and other static hobbies. This meant that the more people would engage on watching television the less they would exercise. In the graph in the left the correlation is evident.
ho me Our study • We interviewed 14 people from the USA • All of them came from distinct social backgrounds, age range, and habits • We asked them the same questions in order to compare and contrast the data • The questions we asked were: • How many hours of exercise do you practice a week?
ho me Results • What we found out is that men and women both eat vegetables and fruits in little amounts • The average intake of fruits and vegetable in the group was 3. 4 portions a day • The average hours of exercise within the group was 148 hrs. a week The average is under the recommended amount • This means that most people do less than 22 minutes a day • • The average number of visits a person makes a month was 5. 5 • There were only 5 people considered healthy regarding their fast food visits
