Consolidated Bill from House Bill Nos. 860, 1003, 1286, 1427 and 2132 • Gifted Children Act of 2005 – an Act “Establishing a National Program for Filipino Gifted Children” • Intends to – Establish a Center to implement the national program for Filipino children gifted in the arts and humanities and the sciences and mathematics; – Identify gifted children at the earlier age possible; – Provide development opportunities, scholarship grants and other forms of assistance to Filipino gifted children
