ADAM KAUFFMAN, MANAGING DIRECTOR Adam co-founded NTP Wireless in 2007. As Managing Director of NTP Wireless, Adam heads overall site acquisition and project management. Adam's wireless career started on Voicestream's Chicago market launch where he served as Co-Location Supervisor. Upon completion of the Chicago launch, Adam earned the Real Estate and Zoning Supervisor position for the Cincinnati market and, shortly thereafter, joined the Midwest regional site development team of T-Mobile in Chicago. In late 2004, Adam was named the Site Development Manager for the New York City market where he managed the site development of 521 capacity sites and 1, 023 UMTS upgrades within a two year period. Prior to starting NTP Wireless, Adam served as Senior Manager of Development and Construction for T-Mobile in the New York City market. Adam's experience on the carrier side allows him to provide valuable perspective to all clients on how to quickly achieve their project objectives. Adam graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. 2
