The EUREKA/COST office as a part of SARC is paid by the government. The new projects obtain financing from Ministry of Education to support the definition phase. The funding of running projects still remains a problem and is usually provided by branch ministries. NIP uses various occasions to disseminate information about EUREKA all around the country (Žilina, Košice, Prešov, Bratislava, Zvolen, Nitra, Trenčín) Marec 2004
