Vote for Non-Collaborative Mechanisms • TG 2 may choose one or more noncollaborative coexistence mechanism • For each proposal, each member of TG 2 assigns a rating between 1 and 10. • The TG 2 rating is determined by averaging all the individual ratings. Vote for Non-Collaborative Mechanisms (cont. ) • Starting, with the proposal with the highest rating, TG 2 votes to accept or reject each proposal, one proposal at a time. – To be accepted the proposal must receive at least 75% of the vote.
